The third synchronous session for Military Science 1 was conducted last Saturday, 17 October 2020.
The UP ROTC cadets had their Sponsors’ Time facilitated by their Unit Sponsors. They were tasked to do a squad activity to further strengthen their unity and bond as a squad. The objective of the Sponsors’ Time, with the theme: #ItsMoreFunInThePH, is to showcase the Philippine Society and Culture, that is under the NSTP Common Module.
Afterward, the Cadet Officers conducted a lecture demonstration on chest compression, bandaging techniques, and tourniquet, as part of the cadet’s introduction to their First Aid Module. Then, the cadets were given the chance to demonstrate on their own so the cadet officers can check what needs to be corrected and improved. This will serve as the cadets’ foundation on what they will further learn in the said module.
